Neil was excellent with the financial side of things and handling the transaction stress free. Sorted out car mats etc so very satisfied with his cooperation.

I was slightly disappointed that the car was not as clean as I hoped, particularly in and around the door handles and shut lines. These areas were still dirty even though the car had been guardsman cleaned and polished. It was also apparent on closer inspection, upon return home, that there were black marks that were not there on the test drive on the front bumper. It looked like the paint had been polished through.

Excellent service from Neil in the Newtownards dealership. He went out of his way so I could test drive the vehicle and even came to my house to drop off my new vehicle and take my previous one on exchange. Excellent communication throughout the sale, and aftercare was offered after the sale.
