Salesperson Jorge was more than helpful, although in the end I had to withdraw from the (remote) purchase, his videos were very professional, communication was good, and he answered all of my queries to my satisfaction. The condition and price of the car were good. Had it completed, I am sure that it would have been a slick and painless process.

Staff were more than helpful but many of the vehicles on site were quite dirty / in poor condition for the mileage. Disappointed after driving over 40 miles to view a Kadjar.

Despite not being able to find the right car in Charles Hurst Portadown, I am very impressed with the way Sam talk to us and treat us. He is very easy to talk to, he explains stuff to us very well. Its just sad the car we want is not there. But very good treatment to customers.

This was my second purchase from Charles Hurst as with the first time the experience was excellent. From my first phone call to completing the purchase and collecting the car all my questions were answered promptly and accurately. All paperwork was handled online and I was collected from the train station in Portadown.
