As I was in England when I drought the car over the phono but the two people I dealt with (George & Alan )was just great and very helpful ..I get the car on Tuesday the 3rd of May but if its as good as the services I have received I will be more than pleased ..regards Daniel Marshall

I found the sales process relaxed and not pressured to make a purchase, unlike my experience in another of your branches. I was given all the information I needed to make the right decision on extras and finance.I had selected the carsmetic package and the car was sent to fix some scratches and have this applied. I was to be kept in the loop.After leaving the showroom I found it hard to get information on when the car would be ready for collection. It took longer than expected but that was due to alloys being resprayed.When I went to collect the car, the carsmetic had not been done and the paint scratches not fixed. This was not revealed to me until I went to get in the car! I was left very disappointed as I now need to take a day off work to bring the car back to the get that done.

From my initial enquiry to the collection of the car, the experience has been excellent.
