On our initial visit on a Saturday afternoon I was very impressed by how welcoming staff were. We spoke to Colin initially who was more than helpful with his advice re the type of fuel best suited our needs. Then we spoke with Glen who was very friendly and courteous. He called me early the Monday morning to update me on the availability of the car, he then arranged to meet me at my convenience, to let my husband and I see the car. He was very patient and nothing was a bother to him. The emails and phone calls were very informative and the service we received on collection of the car was great. We were also given a very competitive trade-in price for our own vehicl. I definitely would use this dealership again (but hopefully not for a few years anyway).
