The only let down was the cleanliness of the car inside I found it hadn't been cleaned as promised, smelt good but had not been valeted as expected, cobwebs inside the car and needed cleaned before I could take the kids into it.

Was contacted with the intention of upgrading my Range Rover, called up to Lisburn from Portadown to find they had no Range Rovers available, was offered other makes of similar cars but not what I wanted.

The entire experience so stress free and so easy.

I dealt with Damian and he made everything very easy and fast to get my new car sorted for me very impressed and delighted with how well and smoothly everything went.

Great service from both Sam and Alan, delighted that Sam brought the car to a nearer location for me to collect. Couldn’t fault it at all. Will definitely use Charles Hurst again.

I received the most professional and welcoming customer service. Sam dealt with myself and showed me everything I had asked for within my budget and took great care and answered any questions I had. I was kept up to date with everything and honestly can not praise high enough about how well I was treated after having a horrible time with another company.

The deposit scheme is not very clear. It says it holds the car for 7 days but nowhere does it say that if you’ve viewed the car then it only holds for 24h. Needs improving

Would like to thank Sam burns for is time and effort he but in to making my experience with Charles hurst a great day and on the day I picked up the car it was so straight forward. Just awaiting a spare wheel but I know he's on it and should hear from him soon.
