Nice reception and everything done to my satisfaction. Stephen in reception was his usual friendly & helpful self. Would like to especially call out technician Kyle who came out to explain a query I had raised at my last service (at that time a case was raised to investigate the possible problem but no one ever came back to me). Kyle explained it to my entire satisfaction....top man!
