The handover was excellent, both the paper work that had to be completed and the information received. The guide to the car itself and instructions on controls, driving etc. was great as I was a bit nervous picking it up but all was explained and had no problems driving it for the first time.

I found it easy to use and was able to get a day and time that suited me best without any long waits on the phone.Friendly welcome on arrival and booking in process was quick and easy.
