Matt the salesman was great, very helpful and showed us personal concern. But when we first rang the receptionist to book a time to see the car, we could have done with instructions where to go on your huge site - we thought the 'Vauxhall' part would be new cars, so we went for the showroom that said 'usedirect'. She also should have said that in order to do a test drive we would need our driving licences - obvious, I know, but my wife hadn't thought of it. Also, when Matt was showing us things on his computer screen, they were too small for elderly folks to see properly.
