Mostly because of the customer service I got from Jack Lynas was second to none from our very first meeting Jack made me feel like I was his one and only client and that if I needed anything he would be there to answer any of my questions he is a credit to your company so well done Jack.

Jack was absolutely amazing from start to finish at helping us sort out the car an kept us right with everything we needed to know, anything we needed to know jack had it covered an we left at ease each time we had been up ..

As far as the service by the sales executive goes, everything went well. Its only when I got the car back home and had a closer look at the car, I saw the poor quality of how the car was cleaned for delivery. The door panels were scruffy and there was a filament of dirt under the rear windscreen in a gap in the boot lid. I think there should be higher standard of valeting of a new car.

I found the service excellent my agent Cheryl Hillis was very informative ,friendly and helpful left with no questions to ask and gave my driver a full lesson on works if the car. I am very happy with the whole experience thank you so mich
