my vehicle servicing took far too long 5.5hrs i had to leave the car overnight at the showroom as i got a call 30 mins before closing that the car was ready and i couldn't get a taxi in time. I was not happy.

Happy with service and communication. Only issue was that the front passenger seat had been pushed as far back as it could go and had gotten stuck in this position which made it impossible to put toddler into the back car seat. Managed to get it moved forward again but took quite a bit of force to do this!Also noticed afterwards that the service and warranty booklet wasn't filled in for this appointment.

Everything was strait forward and simple, all good.

Stacey Portis was my sales advisor during my service. In the 3 times I have visited Charles hurst Vauxhall for my services this was definitely my best visit. Stacey gave me such an in depth talk through of my service and covered all areas explaining what would be done and how the day would pan out. She listened and recorded the problems that I was having with my vehicle which were previously ignored and overlooked at my service and she reassured me they would be looked at which in itself helped me feel so much less stressed. She kept me updated by phone throughout my service and had my car back to me before I expected. Upon completion she talked me through the traffic light system and I received my service report to leave. Normally I was given no feedback after my service and would leave not knowing what was done with the car so this was so refreshing. Stacey gave me a great experience that had me leave feeling confident and content about my car and more importantly safe after the fault being taken seriously. Thank you so much!

For a first time driver and not really knowing about finance, Amy and Oliver where excellent in explaining prices and payments and making it very easy for me to make a decision, theyre knowlodge and kindness was a pleasure and i would highly recommend anyone not only starting off driving but with plenty of experience as they work to your affordablity and find the perfect vehicle for your needs, once again im over the moon with my purchase and all thanks to Amy and oliver at vauxhall,A very happy new owner 🙂
