I would just like to say that when I placed my order it was with a lady Ruth who was lovely, then Cheryl Hills took over her job role and she was great , there’s such a wait on the cars she was keeping me updated as well as she could, and I’d still be waiting on my car only she found another one nearly like the one i had gone for and I’m now home with a lovely car and don’t had to hassle anyone anymore to take me to hospital appointments etc , Cheryl was most helpful and explained everything to a fine art . I had to call out RAC the very next day so not so happy. I was shown the fault whoever did final inspection of vehicle did not put cap on properly on expansion tank so it built up and over flowed.

Very efficient and friendly and always make you feel welcome , when they say we'll ring you back they do not like a few other car companies I've dealt with . We'll done and I'll highly recommend Vauxhall to friends and family.
