We said we did not want service plan before it was offered, we were very happy with the way we were treated and the purchase we made, we are repeat trade for this branch and always enjoy visiting them

Two minor points of complaint1. Car not washed (This is the second time this has happened)2. Alert message (i.e. need for oil change) not removed as promised

I was dealing with Cheryl for the Mobility car. I must say she provided an excellent service, the best I have had to date and this car is my 8th Mobility car. She kept in contact with me about the progress of the car. Polite, friendly, helpful and put my disabled son Harry at ease. I would highly recommend Charles Hurst Vauxhall, Belfast, you have provided an excellent service and I would highly recommend you and Cheryl to family and friends.
