we were very pleased with your Mobility consultant Serey mc Cartney who quickly settled our nervousness and explained fully any questions or worries regarding the purchase of our new mobility car and unfortunatly the delay in the actual recieving of the vehicle { not the fault of the dealer }. on the day we received the car, once again Serey explained everything fully to us and in the pouring rain guided me through the controls [ I was in the driving sear ]. I told her I would work it out myself and to get out of the rain but she insisted on completing her task. 5 star service

I found sales rep Cheryl Hillis to be welcoming, extremely informative and professional.

My dilemma at calling the service department was due to windscreen wiper on drivers side was not working, they were able to offer me an apt due to a cancellation the next day .I arrived as arranged Thursday 29th and problem was resolved asap which was great as wipers are in continual use this time of year. I was able to wait for the assessment etc and drive car home. I was also told it may need a jet replacement and just to ring and one will be ordered as none currently in stock. I was greeted as usual with friendly informative staff from my initial contact late on Wednesday 28th pm through to car being returned including a complimentary latte!!!!!

Daniel from Charles Hurst Boucher Road Belfast was excellent. He was patient with me and explained all options. As I already had a service plan Daniel was able to transfer it over to my new car.
