Friendly customer service with continuous status update. Mechanical service went beyond expectations.

On the day getting my new car the wee girl serey McCartney was so helpful, nice, well spoken,and explained everything with how the car worked and what it had and didnt have, give her a pay rise , shes a credit to the company .

Cheryl Hillis was very attentive and dealt with any queries that I had.

Staff were amazing, from the girl who greeted me in a welcoming friendly manner on arrival with tea/coffee, she was very chatty, a definite asset to any organisation. The a lady i think her name was Hannah, very precise and thorough on her customer service knowledge. Social skills were fantastic and I also got a follow up call to check i was happy with everything. Thankyou, makes my visit an amazing experience.

I would like to thank Hannah in Boucher Road who explained everything to me when I arrived to leave my car in for it's Interim service even though she was feeling poorly but still managed to do her job with a smile on her face
