I honestly had the best experience, from start to finish the communication has been excellent and of a very high standard. Graeme was amazing and an absolute credit to your company. Jack was the guy who we dealt with. He was new but was very informative and answered everything we asked with the perfect amount of knowledge about the car and paperwork. The branch and staff were lovely as well when we took ownership of our new car. So thank you all again so much for the perfect experience.

Initial impressions were not good - this is when I first enquired in feb 22. There was poor customer service and almost lack of interest from some staff.However once we got over that problem my recent experiences with Amy and Daniel have been much more positive.
