The only issue I had was that my appointment was for 12 o’clock and at 12:40 my car was still in the car park where I left it. I went to ask had the work been completed and Amy went to check. 15mins later I had the car back. This meant I’d spent nearly an hour waiting in the dealership for no reason as if the car had been taken in when it was supposed to have been then I’d have been away pretty quickly. If I hadn’t have noticed my car still in the car park then I might’ve been there even longer. Any of the staff I spoke with or dealt with though were very helpful and professional. We even had some staff approach us and talk to us making sure we’d been offered tea and coffee etc which was nice

Mostly good but I paid for the £189 service & on your website it says that included an exterior wash & a year's roadside assistance with RAC. The wash was substandard, front wheels especially were not cleaned for some reason? Also there was nothing in the paperwork regarding the roadside assistance. I'm waiting to see if details follow by email or in the post & if not will ring you in a week or so to enquire.
