The service plan I was offered was very expensive comparing it with the one that has recently expired

After a few bumps I have to say all the people I dealt with were amazing especially Jonathan Cheryl Daniel Jack and Anna they were unreal and did over and above to help me even when I was awful and horrible. They were unreal 💯 recommend and the car is fa u lus

Amazing service from Oliver Mills, he went above and beyond what we expected. The girl we dealt with, I can't remember her name, she was amazing too and was able to work out a finance package to suit us. Overall a very easy and pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

There was some chewing gum stuck to the drivers seat when I collected my vehicle - not a huge deal and it must have just been on the person who drove it. I didn’t say anything at the time as the rest of the service was great

The staff I met were all very pleasant, helpful and welcoming.Amy staff member who was dealing with my visit was both , efficient and professional and has excellent communication skills verbal and non verbal . She is a valuable member of staff to have working at the first point of contact on visit as first impressions do have a impact on customers.

Disappointing that the handbrake locked on and you had to keep the car overnight. But Garth kept his promise to ring me back when he found what the situation was, and was planning to get me a loan car (not needed in the end as the overnight battery reset worked). I realise that things go wrong sometimes, but it was handled well and wouldn't put me off.

We had our air-conditioning fully serviced on Tuesday morning last. We crossed to England on Wednesday and turned it on for the first time since the service, but my wife's impression is that it is not as cool as it originally was. If nothing changes during our holiday in France, I will be taking the car back to Charles Hurst when we return in early September so that they can check on the work that was done.

Car was washed very well after service, is it possible to book in just for a car wash/valet and how much would this be?
