I was really impressed with Graeme Crawford who made buying my new car easy despite obstacles as he could he really went the extra mile for me

I feel I should add that after waiting for a year to collect my car I was very disappointed that on the day of collection my adaption of a steering ball had not been fitted and when requested again was told it could not be fitted to a heated steering wheel surely I should have been made aware of this when I picked my car a year ago .I wasn't even offered a discount on my advance payment as a good will gesture. I am now having to adapt myself to driving without the steering ball which I really needed I can only say that I am really disappointed. As my car is a motability car I feel that more should have been done to add the adaption that I needed.

Service went according to plan. The car appears in good condition but I've now decided to order a new Corsa as my car is over 6 years old + one has become available.
