Olivia was great to deal with, nothing was a problem for her and went out of her way to help us.

A little confusion about the hire car that was supposed to be organised for me but Hannah quickly got this sorted.

Both Amy and Olivia were fantastic. I can’t recommend them enough.Everything was smooth, from price negotiations to finance paperwork to car pick up.I have bought a lot of new cars in the last 20 years - all from Charles Hurst in the last 8-10 years - and Amy and Olivia have been the best yet.Even down to showing me controls etc in the car.A lot of previous sales people have basically handed over the key and left it at that and I understand I have been driving for many years and am well used to most controls but the service from Olivia at pick up was second to none.Both Amy and Olivia are fine examples of how to provide excellent customer service and you should be proud to have them as your employees.Please pass on my thanks to them both.

The check in process was excellent, handled professionally. I would however like to talk about the price as in April my car was in for a service and I paid approximately £400 now 8 weeks later on my MOT check up I get a further bill of £165 approximately. Surely this can’t be the best to get customers to return to the dealership
