Kind and quick

I have been to many car dealers in my life time but this has to be the best visit yet at Vauxhall Boucher Rd. The sales executive knew all her stuff for being so young and had a lovely welcoming personality. I also dealt with one of the managers he was pleasant and friendly.

Prompt and Courteous

Not really impressed as the two services don’t appear on the app and I have to turn the service due light off myself! My radio screen stopped working and was fine before it went for the service! I received nothing to tell me how the service went just told it was done! The car wasn’t washed just sprayed down with water which doesn’t wash it! All round not great but think it’s because my first three services are free as this was agreed with the sale! I think if I was paying for them I would be treated differently!

Our first contact was with Amy, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the car we were interested in buying. When we collected our car Dan spent time with us, explaining all the controls and setting up the Infotainment system. Very happy with the customer service from start to finish.
