Really warm welcome and everything was well explained and the waiting time was shorter than expected . Also car was brought to the front door so we didn't have to walk far .

Being a mobility customer for the past 40years or so I was told i had to pay £48 for a wheel alignment.I argued this and of course I was told i did not have to pay.This is the first time ever this has happened to me and it did make me feel unwell

A much better experience at charles hurst vauxhall at boucher road, Belfast than at the Lisburn branch 2 years prior. Felt like the staff were actually interested to try to help and get the best deal.

The salesperson I dealt with was Amy McDowell. She had an excellent knowledge of the car and about the finance and explained everything clearly and patiently. Amy was very enthusiastic and upbeat in all my communication with her. She was great to deal with.
