Amy, Niall and Gary were all absolutely exceptional with regards to their customer service and customer care approach. They really went above and beyond in trying to source a car which met my needs (I have a disability so I have some very particular requirements). I really do appreciate the care and attention they paid towards me. I really do hope that Hurst’s management recognises the exceptional lengths they have gone to and I’m happy to share particular details if possible. I look forward to dealing with them again over the coming years.
