Daniel made everything so straight forward since I first enquired about buying a car, as a first time buyer this was a great relief. He worked with em to find a plan that fit my budget, and I believe I got a great deal. In terms of the handover, this was painless and Daniel demoed everything I needed to know about the car before I set off.

I have a service plan which states pre-MOT is free but I was charged for it before myself having read the service plan on the desk stating it was free informing them and the person dealing with me stated he would arrange a refund but it would take a few weeks to be put in my account. It’s strange customers are not asked if they have a service plan on arrival or better still their car registration identifying it as having such a service plan. Service other than this hiccup was good.
