Was keen on a car and initially the damage was going to be repaired. It was decided to reduce the price rather than repair, so I decided not to purchase as I didn’t want the hassle of getting a repair done. Jack was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions. Would likely have purchased had the repair been done rather than price reduced.
