Warranty issue dealt with reasonably promptly, without question and effectively on the date agreed.

Purchased a new Vauxhall Corsa yesterday. Had an appointment with Kyeim Bennett. He was extremely helpful and had a lovely manner. He went out if his way to show us outside and around the showroom. I definitely would recommend my friends and family to go and see him if they were thinking about changing their car.

The people I dealt with were courteous and friendly, but they were hampered with rules set down that are just ridiculous. I bought my car just over 5 months ago and I've had nothing but trouble with it. Requiring 3 repair visits thus far. I went for a full dealership service, as per requirements, on Saturday 2nd March in Newtownabbey/Mallusk. On the day they found a "MOT Failure" level fault in the Steering and Suspension section. Some leak was detected. I totally understand that fair wear and tear is my responsibility and I'm thinking the brakes and tyres hardware in particular, but surely this MOT FAILURE level leakage in the Steering/Suspension area should have been detected when my car was in for its 3rd visit to the repair shop....just a few weeks ago? Please take this as an official complaint as I feel that trying to get me to pay for this leakage cost, is unjustified and unacceptable. I am happy to cover the brakes and tyres part of the service, that to me is fair wear and tear and I'm happy to do so, but this serious fault with leaking fluid isn't what I'd call fair wear and tear.
