Last time I got my mobility car the service was excellent

Due to my disability I was unable to take my car to either Charles Hurst, for a pre MOT Check, or to the MOT Test Centre. Hursts picked the car up for me, carried out the checks to assure an MOT pass, took it for the MOT and brought it back to me. - MASSIVE!

First time I tried to use there was a problem and was advised to try later, I did so next day and was able to book appointment for the Thursday of the following week. On the Saturday I was contacted and advised that the Thursday was not available and a new appointment was arranged for the Tuesday. This not the first time this happened whe using the on line system. Why is a date offered if not available?

The advisor did say they would call us and see how we were doing with the car. She never did, I had left some sentimental stuff in the centre Console of the car and thought I'd wait on her call. It never arrived. Unfortunately lost those but that doesn't take away from the overall service she provided on the day. So thank you
