Helped in our car exchange by Nicole, she was very courteous to my mother on first visit and helped her into the showroom. She dealt with us in a very pleasant and informative manner which made the whole process a very relaxed and enjoyable experience. She was a pleasure to deal with.

The guy that I spoke with initially when I went it was a nice friendly chap who was more than helpful who went and got the guy who deals with Vauxhall customers. Both guys were friendly and chatty. The only negative thing I have about my experience in the Dealership is that it is too small and quite cramped compared to the old premises that it was in. Further to this the seats u in the waiting area are not that comfortable and are a bit to rocky and squeaky for my liking. The seats that they had in the previous premises were far better and more comfortable to sit on. Personally for me I simply do not like the new premises or the layout of it.
