I told the women on the phone when the car was booked in that the boot was sticking when I open the handle she said they would look at it when car was in for a service got car back and boot still sticking

I was not informed when I booked this pre M.O.T. that you would require the vehicle until afternoon after asking for it to be brought in at 10.00am. You no longer provide courtesy cars so consequently I had to find someone to collect me and take me home and then bring me back for collection. I think you should make people aware of this when booking their appointments so arrangements can be made in advance.
