As my husband is a motability customer, Nicole was our motability sales assistant, she explained everything to us and answered any queries we had and did a follow up call to us to check that we were satisfied and if we had any questions and assured us she was just a call away if we had any problems

The service staff were friendly and efficient. During my wait I was supplied with hot drinks and frequent updates on progress. The results were explained and I was given a printed report. They even washed my vehicle, making the whole process totally painless for me.

Overall I was extremely satisfied with my service as always, the only issue I had was trying to get through to the service line to find out if my car was ready for collection.

The car We had chosen was ordered and as the dealership was having problems with manufacturers with delivery dates due to shortage of parts because of the pandemic and brexit. During this waiting time we were kept up to date by Nicole Todd our sales advisor, she was very helpful regarding the extension of insurance and servicing of our Motorbility car which was really appreciated. On the day of our car delivery, Nicole went over all the paperwork with me and explained it all fully and was very professional and patient.
