I was not informed when I booked this pre M.O.T. that you would require the vehicle until afternoon after asking for it to be brought in at 10.00am. You no longer provide courtesy cars so consequently I had to find someone to collect me and take me home and then bring me back for collection. I think you should make people aware of this when booking their appointments so arrangements can be made in advance.

Nicole in the Newtonabbey store was brilliant.

Excellent service great friendly staff

'Kai' who dealt with us, was a gentleman, professional, helpful and so patient with us. A great team member for Charles Hurst.

Thank you to the very helpful woman I met at the door. She was lovely.

Wasn't 100% certain an issue had mentioned in booking was looked at.

We spoke and dealt with Nicole for our Mobility car. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She made the whole experience very easy
