We felt very secure with our choice of the Mokka-e thanks to Nicole and her knowledge and understanding of the car. She always kept in touch to give us any updates on the car and has made it clear that if there's any problems in the future we can speak with her and have the situation resolved, thank you for all your help and support Nicole.

Was told at booking it would only take approximately an hour as was first service, upon arrival my partner was informed it would take a minimum of 2 hours so he had to arrange a lift home to Antrim, if i had been made aware of this at to point of booking the appointment i wouldn't have taken a waiting appointment and would have made prior arrangements to leave the car for a few hours, I hope the service advisors who are booking the appointments will be better informed in future

Previous dealers I have used hoovered the interior of the car. This did not happen at this dealer which was disappointing.
