We went in to enquire about motability and Nicole Todd was very helpful and paid it all out for us very well. We test drove 2 cars and it couldn't have been less hassle. The options were broken down well, she was very courteous and didn't pressure us at all which is very much appreciated. Unfortunately we went with a different brand but not through any fault of Nicole, or Vauxhall mallusk.

Purchased a mobility car Nicole was excellent but I was disappointed that there was no mudflaps on the car and not even interior mats. All were added extra. But wasn't informed of these when buying car

It would be very helpful to your clients if you offered a Saturday to be able to take the car to yous of my experience altho yous wer great I work Monday to Friday so I had to arrange someone to follow my to then bri g me to work then collect me and bring me toy car I think if a Saturday was offered it would be most helpful to ppl that work

Very helpful and explanated everything so well. Nothing was a problem. Very friendly and offered test drive so we where sure about what we wanted to buy.
