Nicole was fantastic she couldnt do enough for us and was excellent at providing top class customer service.

Nicole was amazing from start to finish explaining every detail and made us feel at ease as this was the first time we ever had a mobility car and keeping intouch with us through the waiting time on car would definitely recommend to others .

Was told at booking it would only take approximately an hour as was first service, upon arrival my partner was informed it would take a minimum of 2 hours so he had to arrange a lift home to Antrim, if i had been made aware of this at to point of booking the appointment i wouldn't have taken a waiting appointment and would have made prior arrangements to leave the car for a few hours, I hope the service advisors who are booking the appointments will be better informed in future

Previous dealers I have used hoovered the interior of the car. This did not happen at this dealer which was disappointing.
