Booked online originally and no confirmation received two weeks later rang to confirm and booking had been rejected as it’s a motability vehicle. Car taken in on time and ready on time. No details provided. Previous services with other dealers provided a feedback sheet showing what was done and replaced and tyre tread etc. I found that good whereas here just told no issues when I asked.
