A very good experience (your staff are great) apart from one thing. Please please get chairs in the service waiting area that are comfortable to sit on especially for Motability customers. While your current chairs may look good if you have a disability such as a back problem they will make your wait agonising as mine was. Please consult an expert in back pain and you’ll be the best dealer in the country.

Pleasant staff, quick service. Broken spring was replaced within half a day. Only thing I would suggest is that the service reception has better signage. Hard to find in a small layout.
