Welcoming reception staff, took time to talk with me about the new focus. A great all round experience.

Not regarding this experience however I was in the kia dealership just down the road and the young apprentice in there was fantastic. Took me for a test drive in a kia gtc and his knowledge of the brand was exceptional.Unfortunatly I didn't recieve a call back from one of the senior sales team to get a quote.

Once the complaint was passed to Martin and his manager both could not do enough to help me resolve my car issue and get a replacement car that suited my budget. I appreciate the help they offered and all the additionals provided to give me peace of mind for next few years

I had decided to try another car brand as I had a few problems with my two previous vauxhalls, but the sales men and manager, gave me a good deal, that suits me and promised me they would look after me if I had any problems.

I am a Motability customer. Nicole was friendly, helpful and professional throughout. She kept me informed about delays in delivery of my new vehicle - due to a global issue with parts.One thing I am disappointed with is that my new car does not have any interior mats. I would have thought that these would be included as standard. They were with my previous car which was suppied by a different dealer.

Very quick and easy. No issues at all, and the complimentary coffee was great!
