I found that the overall service was okay however when I went to get my car after it was serviced it was nowhere to be seen. I had to go back into the dealership and ask where my car was and a young lad went and found my car for me and brought it to the front door. The show room is so different now as Renault and Vauxhall are under one roof and the waiting room is quite small and the seats are not the most comfortable considering the length of time you are sitting. They need to bring back the Vauxhall show room as it was more appealing and more welcoming and faces you knew when you went in. I also did not receive a report on my vehicle nor a video of it to see exactly what was done or what condition it was in on the outside as in tyres etc.

They kept me uo to date on arrival of car every step of the way

After my vehicle was serviced I was told it was being washed but they must have put a hose with cold water on it because when I got home the car dried out and it was the same dirt on it as it was when I arrived at the show room.
