Unable to contact by phone always busy. Had to call in person to the branch to make appointment. Some members of staff using bad language at service desk in ear shot of customers. These employees were not service desk staff.

When online booking - the price for the service was incorrect and there was no option to wait in for the service and on arrival I was told "Right well it won't be ready until at least 4 - you didn't book to wait!"
