I was very impressed with the service I received. I was kept up to date with everything by email.and calls. Very friendly staff. Could not have gone any better

Just communication I left my car in at 10am and service was for 10.30 they told me it would be ready about dinner time I kept a eye on the tracking and at 3.00pm it was still saying work in progress so I rang up and my car was already finished but the tracking said work was still being done to my car and I was told when I rang up that the calls were a bit late and the person that was to contact me was at a meeting otherwise everything else was fine

I dealt with one off your newer members of staff called Kyeim Bennett, he is a wonderful young man and was an absolute pleasure to deal with, you should be proud to have him as a member off your staff.

They were very helpful and professional in every way and from a personal perspective, when I do change my vehicle it will be only be with Charles hurst vauxhall. And I wish all the team a happy new year.

Courtesy car should be made available for customers instead of having to go to a rental company

I came in to collect the car and was asked to wait in the seated area. 30 minutes later another member of staff came round and apologised for being kept waiting as my car was ready 30 minutes agian. Having health issues the seats gave me no comfort.

Kyeim was very helpful and made the process simple. The showroom had a great buzz about it.

This was a mobility car and I believe more communication between mobility and the people they send us to would be beneficial as they were telling me something different to the RAC or Charles Hust. Other than that very happy with the service received.
