Booked online and arrived at 10.00am for service and as I've always done i expected to wait about a hour for the car only to be told it could take up to 6 hours. The guy at the service desk asked me did I not tell them when I was on the phone that I was going to wait. I said I used online booking which didnt give me the option to say I was going to wait. He then went and checked and the best he good do was about 2 1/2 hours. He promptly booked me in the next day and I waited usual I hour and collected my car, serviced, washed and pristine condition. The guy on the desk should be commended for rectifying a problem which was neither his nor my fault.
