Upon receipt of my second hand Vauxhall mokka within 30mins the car had overheated and boiled the coolant off. When I contacted Vauxhall Newtonabbey about this they went into boss mode, they got the car transported from my house to there workhop and got me set up with a hire car. After diagnosis of the fault they advised me to reject the car as repair wasn't advised as there technical crew seen problems in the future with the car. I received a call from there sales team (Amy) who had already sourced a replacement car for myself. It was unfortunate for Vauxhall Newtonabbey and myself to have come across said car but I cannot fault there perogative to look after me in my eyes, The sales team and servicing team went above and beyond to ensure I was looked after and satisfied with my buying experience

Every member of staff was friendly, helpful professional and nothing was too much trouble. There was such a nice relaxed happy atmosphere in the dealership.

The car was only in for it’s second service. I had it over for 9 o’clock and was driven back home but then had to get my daughter to bring me back when it was finished. Got a call from the mechanic to say that it was ready for collecting

Had my car in for a service on 1st of july... When i checked for the video of service it did not show and it did not indicate that my car was ready for collection an it indicated that my car be sanitised and not a drop of water had not been near it.....

I had to stay until my car was serviced and there are excellent facilities for customers who have to do tthis
