Overall very happy but it did take a bit longer than expected (10 days from purchase to picking up car, though we had paid for interior and paintwork treatment which we knew would take several days)

I thought the customer service was excellent, both from arrival to picking up the car. A video was sent to me showing the work being done on the car, & everything being reported to me by the Mechanic.

The system was slow and constantly updating and then I was booked into the wrong location - ie Boucher Road instead of Newtownabbey - thus the reason I ended up having to phone On arrival I was about 5 mins early I was told I was too early and go have a cup of tea
