Customer felt that an additional charge of warranty was being added on - without official confirmation or agreement. It was initially discussed but never agreed. Parents of the first time driver were upset at situation, which to be fair, was resolved quickly and the original price agreed

This visit with Martin, I have no complaints , very good, his knowledge and understanding was second to none,and dealt with problems that had arisen over the last four months I am sorry to say my last visits,phone calls,emails with another member of staff have not been to the same standard
