Valet was not complete on pick up of car. Paid extra for protection of seats/interiors and the interiors had orange marks, a white crusty patch and dust. This made me question the lack of completeness on my extra package. Booking in for a revalet

The service booking process was smooth and it was done on time and meticulously and the overall price was reasonable.

Very patient and understanding. They tried their best to meet my specific needs and took great time to explain the benefits of the car package I was interested. Even took me for a test dry. The fact that I didn’t proceed with a purchase was more a case of disappointment with the value of my present car than anything else.

I have been with Charles Hurst for years I always get a good deal I need an automatic car as I have a problem with my leg iam disabled but sadly I only have my car a year so it would not be a good time to change kyiem the sales assistant is always very helpful he's a really good help in finding the right car but I will just have to wait until my car is in its second year but I will be back to Charles Hurst

Josh and his team were forthcoming and did a great job on my car. It really feels good to drive it now. I know it took a long time to get it fixed but in the end I got an explanation as to why there was a delay.
