Initially I was pleased with the experience/customer service re the car i was interested in, however on my 2nd visit, when I took 2nd test drive and queried WHY car hadn't been cleaned/detailed to a decent standard, there was no realistic response. The manager dismissed some of my suggestions re getting car to a standard I felt was reasonable to purchase at, with one comment that I felt was dismissive "well it is 3 years old" and I felt he wasn't really bothered if I bought the car or not. Sorry for the negative feedback, however this was my experience.

Staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable

I'm always pleased with the work that gets done, and the staff are always friendly and very helpful. Five Star.

Problems after problems. Starting from the appointment booking, car annual service history request and recent ABS sensor fix. After being ABS sensor fixed, my car is jerking whenever I start the car and getting the error message (ABS sensor fault) on the dashboard. I’m incredibly disappointed with the service. After reporting the issue they’ve asked me to drop the car off tomorrow, 5th May. I’m beginning to wonder if my problems will ever be resolved.

cust purchased a vehicle in October last year he has several repairs which should have been carried out on the vehicle. These should have been carried out within the warranty period. You have had the vehicle in previously but things are still not repaired. The cut has been given a CC however it is to little for the family. The cust was told that he would get a frontier, however this has not materialized. Can you investigate and get back to the customer.

Great customer services, took time to show us around and test drive the car which unfortunately wasn’t for us but so helpful in showing us other potential cars.

I delt with curtis who was brilliant guy,i would buy another car from him as he was so helpful,my only down was on collection the car ud would expect to cleaned to high standard as ud expect from any showroom dealer,unfortunately the car wasnt,,door sills wer stinking round all frames hadent even been touched, hand rub marks all over windows,glove campartent full off rubbish,i had to take the wifes new car to be cleaned properly,Hi,cutis i delt with was grt lad,very helpful,i bought the car for my wife,im thinking off buying new car for myself ,id like to deal with curtis agin,my only down point was that on hand over car should have been spotless clean and it wasnt,im not onefor complaining,but defo wasnt up to standard as ud expect from a cp

A very helpful video so well done

My car has been in dealership for 2 weeks and they keep finding more problems with it and I need my car or courtesy car as I have child with special needs but they say they don't have courtesy car to give me

I found the staff very helpful in buying my new car sorted insurance plus road tax thank you so much best regards Peter Gormley
