My car has been in dealership for 2 weeks and they keep finding more problems with it and I need my car or courtesy car as I have child with special needs but they say they don't have courtesy car to give me

Hello,I serviced my car on 17th March 2026. During the service some issues were identified. To resolve these through warranty I required the service history which was found to be missing or have incorrect dates on record. The warranty team has requested the job card for the last year’s service history but has not yet been provided. This delay has prevented me from resolving the issues and has caused inconvenience and missed holiday plans.PS. I’m on service plan and paying through direct debit every month.

The salesman could not locate the keys of the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. I ended up in Bangor and bought a similar car that same day.

We had a new plastic cover fitted underneath the car a couple of months ago - the new one is now hanging down. It was in to have an issue with the coolant fixed last month and is still going through coolant at an alarming rate.I just want to make it known, we have had this car less than a year and I have never spent so much time in a garage in all my life. I severely regret ever purchasing the car from yourselves. Further more, never once has an issue with the car been fixed on the first go. Each issue requires multiple trips because of the warranty, one trip to take photos and a second trip to “fix” it. Everytime an issue has been “fixed” it has reoccurred in a short space of time.And for everyone of these trips I have to take a day off as I need the car to commute to work. You’re actively costing me money at this rate.

I bought a car from Charles Hurst Portadown in May 2025, when I took the car for a test drive the drivers window was very loud and squeaky and I was told that it would be fixed before I collected the car, I also asked if the car could be washed (they happily agreed) and paid for the GuardX to be applied inside and out etc.(the car was not washed as I had asked and the GuardX was not applied, as it soon had water stains in the seat and on the exterior)When I collected the car, it was still squeaky getting louder by the day and the suspension was creaking, when I contacted them about it I was told the car had been sitting for a while and that it would pass over time. The car ended up needing this issue fixed which was done at Charles Hurst Dundonald, and I had asked to get the window fixed there too, they lubricated the window leaving it a greasy mess and the window was still creaking. I took the car back to Dundonald a while later to get the issue fixed, where I had a very rude customer experience, followed by a phonecall telling me it was going to cost me because I didn't have warranty, I had to contact the salesperson from Charles Hurst Portadown who discovered that the warranty had not been registered, when I asked about the work that had previously been done I was told "it was done out of goodness because you had only just bought the car".It wasn't long after until the engine oil was leaking, so having had a bad experience in Dundonald I decided to go to Boucher road which was the worst of the lot, they lied to me about where my car was and when, and about the car being checked etc I had to ring them constantly over a 4 week period to get an update on my car, I asked them constantly could they please fit the sidelight I had bought while the car was in being fixed, and instead of fitting the new one they swapped the two sidelights in the car over, which is ridiculously condescending and immature.Not long after this the coolant started leaking, I obviously didn't want to go back to Boucher road so I took it to Portadown to get fixed where I did have good customer service, but I originally took the car back and told them I wasn't happy with the car etc and could I swap it in and get something else to which they said yes, come on down and we will see what we can do. So I went down, spent some time looking at cars etc then asked about how the payments work to which I was told "well you will still be paying off the remainder of this car on top of whatever other car you get" so that wasn't even an option, I was told to go home and call the next day (which cost me another £20 on coolant which was pissing out by the litre every time I tried to drive the car, and the heating wasn't working due to this issue so I was also driving in the freezing cold) I asked if I could just leave the car there, and was told no because they had no availability to fix it. Called the next available day and they told me to leave the car up and he would have a look when he could. I ended up having to leave the car with them for close to 4 weeks, being told that it had to be sent to a specialist and that they were having a look at it, then a few days later I was told "sorry I didn't realise the specialists were closed all week so that's why there's been a delay" which is confusing, but most likely another lie. Every time I left my car in and was offered a courtesy car (apparently included in my warranty) I was told they didn't have any, or if I did want to book one in advance I would have to pay £36 per day for the insurance. Today I finally went to pick up the car after around 4 weeks having been told there was so much work done to it and everything was FINALLY fixed, I drove the car home, and it is still leaking coolant. I have had this car for less than a year, in total it has been undriveable for around 3/4 months. On top of all of this, I have asked multiple times to have my pronouns changed on your system to which you have happily agreed to but obviously not done as you still can't seem to get them right, even on the phone. This is an absolute disgrace, the vehicle has been nothing but a hindrance causing me a great deal of stress, and to be treated the way I have been is completely unacceptable.

The sales staff where very pushy and rushed me into taking finance deals which I didn't want .And when I rang to cancel the finance your staff made it very difficult for me
