Because you have sent this survey to the wrong John Lindsay!!!! The address you have used belongs to me and I live near Edinburgh in Scotland. I think you should be using John.lindsay@btinternet.com

I purchased a 2022 Ford puma on the 18th November I asked if brakes etc all check was told all checked and fine, picked my car up at night so didn't notice a large dent on the passenger rear door, phone spoke to Ed the sales rep, told him to look at the original video he sent me before I bought it and enlarge it the dent was visible, he said they would get it repaired I'm still waiting, also had to replace all brakes and discs state's 6.6m on all but my mechanic measurements were front 2m rear 4m I have only done 2000 miles cist me over £600, phoned to complain about it, told what do you want me to do, spoke to the service team who are now going to pick the old pads and discs up to look at them also says on the health check they checked and measured the spare wheel, which is also missing, I am extremely disappointed at the lack of service I have received, I have spoken to Ed regarding my concerns on the brakes and also not being contacted regarding the dent repair. Would like this investigated and sorted out

We have a motability vehicle. The brain needed replaced the car was left in 3rd November. We weren't kept up to date, customer service was shocking. We were told the car was ready Jan 2026 only to be met with the dashboard on the front seats! We eventually lifted the car on 23 Jan 2026 the car is still not right. Incorrect screen installed collision button not working Lane correction not working. Stuck in eco mode. On screen sat nav not working. We are disgusted it was also meant to be serviced very doubtful this happened brakes are very soft. Although we are motability customers we still pay for this vehicle no empathy shown.

Made feel welcome. Nothing felt rushed or pressured when looking for new car

Vehicle dropped of in September and the vehicle was in for a month. Car back for 1 day and the same fault occurred. 3 months for them to get the part, cust then had the car for 1 day and then its back in again. They are going to replace the original part that was fitted but still have not received this. The earliest they could get the car back will be the end of January. Hire car had for 4 months cust has now damaged the vehicle, euro car have no vehicles available so now the cust is now without a car and he is still paying for his motab vehicle. Can he have the car fixed or have an alternative vehicle. No feedback the cust is chasing all the time.

Service 25 September 2025LGZ7047Outstanding experience, Anthony on reception was very helpful, on completion of service everything was explained to me. The reception area was bright, warm and comfortable and it was always a pleasure to see James Clark, he sold me this current car plus 3 or 4 over the years.See you all next year.Barry Lynas

Customer Comments:I took my car in for diagnostics and was told that my car wasn't worth repairing and to voluntarily terminate the contract and to purchase a new car. I paid at reservation fee of £250. After speaking to 2 independent mechanics the cost to repair my car was no where near what Charles Hurst in portadown quoted me. I want a refund of my £250 as I no longer need a new car.

Good afternoon,With reference to the car reg No. BYZ 8909, I would like to express my disappointment in the after sales service in relation to the purchase of this car by myself. The car was delivered to me at my home address on Wednesday 12th November 2025.After a look around the car I signed to say that the car was ok. I did not inspect every panel or wheel in detail as I assumed it would be delivered in excellent condition as per advertisement. At that point the car was not taxed and it remained on my drive and not driven by me.My wife then pointed out there was a scuff on the front passenger wheel.I immediately reported this to the salesman (the same day) along with pictures of the marks, he emailed me back saying he would get this sorted.I also brought to his attention the fact that it only had one key which I had not been made aware of at any stage of the buying process. Goncalo (the salesman) also said he would get this sorted, which in fairness to him, he is in the process of doing, although I am having to wait between 5-7 weeks for a second key.On Friday the 21st Nov the I rang the garage and spoke to Collin Weir, the sales manager and enquired as to when my alloy would be repaired. Collin told me that they were now not be prepared to repair the alloy as the car left them in good condition and that I had signed for the car.Although you stated when the car left the garage in Portadown there were no scuffed alloys, at some point between there and me taking delivery at my home address the alloy was scuffed. As a customer, I chose Lookers because they have a very good reputation for fairly priced cars and great aftersales service. So hopefully you can understand my disappointment when this relatively small problem arose .I was surprised that having offered the full asking price £25,000 for this car, the garage is quibbling over the cost of repairing one scuffed alloy, which would probably be under £100.I am happy to get this repaired locally and send the Invoice to the garage, if its easier for them.I look forward to hearing from you.
