The whole process from the very start was very efficient, I enquired about the car online and James got back to me the next day and arranged an appointment to test drive the car and see what I thought. We went through the cost etc and figured out a plan that suited me. James done everything he could to ensure I was happy. I even got the car a few days earlier than I was expecting. He went above and beyond to help me get on the road. Thanks again.

Found it easy to do and the online booking was followed up with a phone-call from a staff member. Very pleasant staff. I had a minor issue and it was followed up and resolved within 24 hours.
