James was excellent, great communication and support.

My car was booked in without any bother and at a time that was suitable to me, The lady on the service desk (unfortunately I did not take her name) was more than helpful and pleasant. I was offered refreshments while I waited and on completion of the service the lady explained how things had gone and gave me a computer read out of the checks that had been carried out. Everything was done very efficiently and the staff were very friendly.

Car wasn’t cleaned properly.

Got the recall letter at the start of January and was booked in to have the part replaced a couple of weeks after only to get called saying they didn't have the part in stock. Surely if vauxhall knew there was an issue and sent out x amount of recall letters then they should have had enough of the part already sitting ready to be fitted. This then made me have to wait an extra 2 months to get the part replaced. Apart from that the service in the branch was good.

Excellent pick up and return of vehicle. Kept informed as inspection progressed and about necessary repairs. Repairs carried out quickly and efficiently. Staff pleasant and helpful.
