Always prompt and helpful

I brought my vehicle to have a service done, following a telephone call a few weeks earlier to make the appointment. I left the car and was driven back to my home. When the car was ready, I was picked up again to collect it. The service given by the staff was exemplary.

Booking system didn’t take my booking.The call centre were not pleasant or helpful. They didn’t understand what o was calling about and had to rebook another day. When I did they had booked for more than what was requested.I would not be recommending to book online or use call centre.The call centre was absolutely unhelpful and not pleasant. Thank god the centre itself are helpful and great to deal with.

Some difficulty organising initial service over the phone, despite serviceplan in place and having received reminder email, was told my service was not due for another 6 weeks. But staff in person very helpful and welcoming
