Efficient and thorough throughout the entire service.

I was met at the dealership by a friendly young lady who helped me by making me a cup of coffee and pointing me in the direction of the bathrooms. When I returned, I was met by Cheryl who was kind, considerate of my needs and as enthusiastic about my new car as I was. I’m sure she sees that everyday, but to me it was a big deal. The staff were so helpful and friendly. All the questions that I asked were answered quickly. When I entered the showroom I was treated with respect and was offered tea and coffee by very friendly staff. The car was properly serviced and I am very happy with the experience I received.

I had to wait a while (as there was a couple in before me) but that is hardly the dealer's fault. I was offered tea and coffee, and invited to set up the car with my phone bluetooth etc, while I was waiting. Unfortunately I had a small issue with a rear window not working - I left the car back to get it sorted the next day. I was lent my original vehicle and the car was returned to me to my place of work, which was very convenient.
