Very friendly staff and patient as I’ve needed to revisit a few times

I left my car in to have a couple of things checked. The staff were more than pleasant and arranged for me to be brought back to my home. I was asked would I like my car washed and hoovered. I got a phone call in a couple of hours to say that my car was ready for collection.

I was promised a free first service when i bought the car from Mallusk depot but when i was booking it in to Carn depot for its service and mentioned this it was left to me to contact the original vendor to obtain proof of this and i just felt that this could have been dealt with internally (as its all the one company) and not left to the customer to sort.
