At the time of booking the service offered me a date but when I received a live call to confirm my booking, I was told that this service wasn’t accurate and that the first available appointment wouldn’t actually be until a further month.Great customer service

The online booking system is easy to use and saves both you and the customer valuable time when dropping off a vehicle.We have had a couple of issues with the Mini Countryman my wife purchased from you in June this year and from the moment we highlighted the problem Brian on your service desk could not have been more helpful in working to resolve the matter to our satisfaction.
