I would prefer to deal face to face with those doing the service.It is much easier to have any queries answered. On line booking involved dealing with a number of different staff in different locations. They didn't always communicate well with each otherVery helpful staff (.esp. Steph Girvan)Good communication and advice. A pleasant experience.
